My favorite moment of every days: Sunrise... Why? Because most people will sleep in and I can still have a few moments all by myself with my camera and Mother Nature’s best looking scenes!
The morning started perfectly…as I was walking out of my lovely Airbnb in Skaland, I was looking at the sky and the cloud coverage was looking super promising. Only high clouds were present above my head. I knew these would not only catch some lovely hues of pink, I also knew they would stick around for a while. I jumped into my well overpriced rental car and drove some short 18 minutes to reach this location which I can’t remember the name know can I pronounce it… Tungeneset it is called I think? Time to put my ice cleats on and carefully make my way onto these very sketchy iced rocks slabs. Why sketchy? I found out the hard way two years ago… After of couple minutes of walking like a penguin, I made it to the spot where the action was happening. Risky you may say? In situations like this, I will often stand at a safe spot for a few minutes and analyse where I can safely stand without being swept away by a wave! I am often ok with taking some chances but I try to avoid playing games with the ocean! This morning, which also happened to be the last one in Senja just happened to be perfect! I composed my image with a couple lovely rocks on which water from incoming waves was beautifully cascading and creating amazing lines. The waves we truly impressive too! The mountains were catching some of that pre glow from the very colourful sky! What else needs to be be said to describe such a memorable morning than WOW?

Acrylic Face Mounted Premium Fine Art Non-Reflective Finish

Definitely a favorite of mine! First of all, it looks absolutely gorgeous! It’s a very slick and modern looking product! Metallic paper is used as a medium on which the image is first printed. This type of paper makes the colors of the image look deeper and more vibrant! With my Acrylic Face Mounted Premium Fine Art Prints, the print itself is sandwiched between a clear 1/8″ acrylic and a 1/8″ aluminum backing. The addition of the acrylic in front of the print adds so much depth to the image, giving it an almost 3D feel. It’s not a 3D print…but the acrylic gives an effect of depth. On the back of the Artwork is a mounted aluminium backing on which a slim square aluminium frame will be mounted. This frame not only serves at adding rigidity to the Artwork but it also allows us to install all the necessary mounting hardware for a super easy and hassle free ready to hang installation to your wall. If you plan on hanging you investment in a reflection sensitive area, NON-REFLECTIVE is definitely the way to go! As the name says, NON-REFLECTIVE basically means it will be reflection free.

The mounting process is the same as the NON-REFLECTIVE FINISH except we use a CLEAR ACRYLIC instead of a non reflective one. You will have some reflections with clear acrylic but the blacks will also be slightly deeper. The same Metallic paper will be used as a medium. Loose Premium Quality Fine Art Print

So maybe you are not into Acrylic Face Mounted prints because you don’t like this process? Or maybe you would prefer to buy a loose print of one of my Artwork to frame in a frame you already own? You’ll be excited to know that I also sell loose Artwork prints! And you can also be assured that I won’t cut the corners there either as those prints will also be printed on state of the art Archive paper with Archive inks meaning your investment will last a lifetime!

NOTES ABOUT PACKAGING, SHIPPING and HANDLING

•Please note that packaging, shipping and handling are included to Canada and United States of America (Lower 48 States only). Due to the fact that all Acrylic Face Mounted Premium Fine Art are fragile, they will be shipped into custom made wooden boxes made specifically for your purchase.

•All Loose Premium Quality Fine Art Prints will be rolled and shipped into a solid and sturdy cylinder box.

•Note that if you wish to pick your Artwork in person, local pick up is an option as long as you are near Montreal, CANADA. I would also deduct the shipping fees from your purchase but you'd need to advise me by email before finalizing check out. This would give you the opportunity to meet me in person and I'd be really happy about that!
